One of the things I love most about what I do is being able to provide resources to make the process for getting finances under control easier for my clients. Also, I have used or currently use everything I recommend! Please note that some of the links are affiliate inks.
The following resources are not listed in any particular order:
Read the blog! I publish a blog post each Monday called “Money Monday”. Just click on the BLOG tab in the menu bar.
Or, subscribe to the email list and get the blog and other info delivered straight to your inbox!
Join The Brave Budget Community on Facebook! I do a Facebook live episode each Monday morning at 9am EST.
Listen to The Dave Ramsey Show FREE through live streaming from the website.
The Dave Ramsey show is a call-in format where people present Dave with a question or problem and he answers it. This is a GREAT way to get information for FREE. All it takes is the time to listen to the show.
On-line grocery shopping.
Locally, both Harris Teeter and Lowes Foods offer this service. There is a small fee BUT I love the convenience of ordering groceries online and picking them up at the store.
This helps tremendously with budgeting because you see your total as you add items to the cart. You CAN use coupons. You give them to the cashier when you pick up the order and they will credit the amount of the coupons for your next shopping order.
If you do any sort of online shopping, be sure to sign up for Ebates first!
You will earn cash back on your purchases! If you install the menu bar widget, Ebates will automatically pop up so you never miss earning cash back!
I recommend this website SO often! This is an excellent way to meal plan, especially at the end of the month where funds might be low but you can do a fridge, freezer and pantry inventory and then use MyFridgeFood.com to create recipes!
What’s For Dinner?
If you are looking for meal plans, freezer meals and crock pot recipes WITH shopping lists, they are all here at 5dollardinners.com. I love the crock pot recipes!
Meal Delivery Service
We gave Hello Fresh a try and LOVE this service! Click here to save money off your first order! I love the convenience of this service!
Documentary: Broke, Busted and Disgusted
I saw a trailer for this documentary when I attended a Financial Conference in Charlotte, NC. I also had the opportunity to meet Adam and learn more about why he did this documentary. I, too, am passionate about helping High School students learn about alternatives to affording College education WITHOUT having to go into debt.
I encourage you to purchase this documentary, show it to your kids and then share it in your community. PURCHASE HERE

Proceeds I earn from the BBD affiliate program will be helpful to cover the cost of time and travel incurred as a speak to High School students in my area. Thank you!
